Refund Policy

Effective Date: 22th April 2023

1. General Policy

EXCELABRIDGE Academy of BFSI strives to provide high-quality training and support for all learners. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

All course fees paid to Excelabridge Academy are non-refundable under normal circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after payment
• Inability to attend sessions due to personal or professional commitments
• Technical issues related to user devices or internet connectivity

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

• If the course is cancelled by Excelabridge Academy before the start date
• If the candidate is deemed ineligible after verification and is denied admission

In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original mode of payment, after written request and approval.

4. Course Transfer

In certain situations, candidates may be allowed to transfer their enrollment to a future batch or different program. This is subject to management approval and availability of seats.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request (only if eligible), the candidate must:

• Submit a written request to info.excelabridge@gmail.com
• Include name, course enrolled, date of payment, and reason for refund
• Attach proof of payment and supporting documents (if applicable)

6. No Refund in Case of Misconduct

No refund will be provided if a candidate is removed from the course due to violation of code of conduct, academic dishonesty, or misconduct.
