Program Overview
The Sales Officer Program is a short-term intensive training initiative in collaboration with HDFC Bank, designed to equip fresh graduates with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in retail banking sales roles. Under the Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) model, eligible candidates are trained and directly placed into job roles at HDFC Bank branches.
